General Guidelines

• This program is also only available to 3 people at this time.

• Bartering tasks will include cleaning and organizing the space.

• Only open to people interested in bartering consistently for at least 1 month.

• 1 hour of barter work is equal to 1 hour of space. Work must be completed before space can be booked. Hours can be used at any point after work is completed (ie. hours don’t need to be used the same week the work is done). 

• Each renter is limited to a maximum of 2 barter hours per week.

Shift Scheduling

• Shifts MUST be scheduled through the space coordinator a minimum of 48 hours PRIOR to desired time. Availability will change week to week and may potentially be changed due to rental inquiries. 

Training Session

• Those interested in bartering MUST complete the 1 hour training session with the space coordinator. This time will be used to train you on how to clean the space, where supplies are available, and what tasks you are expected to complete. 

• The training session will count towards your bartering hours.

• Masks will be required and minimum 6-foot distance will be maintained at all times.
