Our first forum of the year is coming up! We will be discussing a chapter from bell hooks’ book ‘All About Love’, fitting with the season!

If you plan to come to the event, email katherine@thefidget.org and we will send you a PDF of the chapter we will be discussing. It is Chapter 8, “Community: Loving Communion”.

It examines the ways in which love comes to fruition through the individual into a community, whether that be a family, friend group, or larger cultural community. One of our favorite quotes from the chapter is- “Trust is the heartbeat of genuine love.” We can’t wait to discuss it all with you!
