Five different, improvisational performances by Megan Bridge and Peter Price— Process Project 2022.
Process Project has been an annual Fidget event for thirteen years. In addition to being an important tool for Megan and Peter's research, it is also a chance for audience members to get really close to the process of making artistic work. This December Fidget Co-Directors, Megan Bridge and Peter Price, will investigate their collaborative artistic process through sound and movement improvisation. Each performance will conclude with an intimate conversation, where feedback from the audience will inform the next evening's performance.
Dancer Megan Bridge is researching the ways that heightened states of physicality can lead to altered states of consciousness. Can dance help us slip through the veil? Electronic musician Peter Price will be working with both analogue and digital synthesizers in this project, investigating the rates of change between novelty and redundancy in sound over time.
